Active Parametrics 
One of the most striking visual features of moire sculpture, is the translucency of the woven Stainless Steel Canvas. This engages the viewer to look inside the physical art. Lighting is what animates the moire geometry of the sculpture's three dimensional forms and proportions. Over the past 16 years of experimenting with this material, I have developed techniques to control the engaging Active Parametrics of the sculpted Moire Patterns.
